The human experience can be incredibly challenging and isolating at times - often resulting in various forms of physical, emotional, and spiritual distress. My therapeutic approach is firmly grounded in a holistic and trauma-informed framework, acknowledging the interrelated nature of the mind, body, and spirit.
I aim to address the complete individual rather than focusing solely on symptoms. Embracing a comprehensive perspective, I regularly utilize EMDR and IFS therapeutic modalities - both of which prioritize integrative healing and have proven effective in helping clients achieve their desired outcomes and cultivating balanced lives.
The core of my practice is prioritizing the therapeutic relationship, in line with research highlighting its pivotal role in healing; I blend healthy doses of humor and straightforwardness into my approach. My intent is to get at the root of what is causing distress, facilitate inner exploration, and support clients as they reconnect with themselves.
