From my professional training and my own healing journey, I approach therapy with my lived experience in the seat of a client. Using a variety of modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I hope to create a holistic approach that addresses the context and complexity of life, and the relationships around us.
