Finding the time to work on ourselves can seem overwhelming. Seeking help can be anxiety provoking. But when we take the time to sift through the pain, improve our relationships and overall health, then our quality of life can improve. We can also learn how to better manage the difficult times that come. Life isn't always pleasant, but you don't have to go through it alone.

I value each individual’s experience and perspective, so I pull from a variety of evidenced based models. I have training in EMDR, attachment-based approaches, CBT and DBT. When talking is difficult I bring in relaxation techniques and exploration through art.

I enjoy working on unresolved childhood issues, trauma, anxiety/depression and life transitions. I hope to add a little more laughter, peacefulness and confidence in your ability to handle whatever may come. Without judgment I will meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to go.
