I have over 10 years experience working with people with severe mental health and substance abuse issues. The primary type of therapy I provide is called Relational Psychodynamic Therapy, which encourages a deeper understanding of one’s emotions, behavior patterns, and mental processes. You’ll gain greater insight into unconscious motivations.
We are formed in relationship, harmed in relationship, and healed in relationship. Working with me as your therapist involves exploring childhood experiences, patterns of relating to others, and current emotional distress to promote insight, increased flexibility and growth.
