Hi There! I'm passionate about working with adolescents and adults. I specialize in working with individuals living with anxiety- and have a special interest in social anxiety. Social anxiety can be isolating, lonely, and often causes us to live in intense fear of being negatively evaluated in social situations.
I have extensive training in, am passionate about, working with trauma survivors- especially young adult survivors of childhood sexual trauma. Unresolved childhood trauma can take many forms- struggling at work, relationships, and more. I use (TF-CBT) to help reduce negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors- and build the life you deserve.
I also specialize in working with those struggling with depression, feeling down, or like you're in a ‘funk’. Life is tough: with constant life pressure, responsibilities, and juggling other obligations.
