I support a mind-body connection, believing that mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health are interconnected. We are able to help ourselves heal and experience growth through many modalities. As we work together, we may use relaxation techniques, parts work, visualization, meditation, thought changing and dialectical strategies to create healing.
