I listen with compassion and together we develop a plan to help you gain insight into your issues and to learn effective coping skills. I believe in and am focused on the hope for change and improved quality of life.
I bring to our therapy sessions, 30+ years of counseling experience and co-training with some of the most highly respected counseling professionals in the field. My expertise is in treating preteens, adolescents and adults through individual, family and couples therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist.
