Sometimes the causes of the difficulty are hard to see or define. Other times we may understand why we struggle but lack the skills or support needed to make and sustain change.
I enjoy working with people who are curious about themselves and who are looking for the challenge of meaningful growth. I attend to relational, attachment and trauma issues when relevant, and I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, intimacy, ADHD, performance and identity issues, compulsive behavior, and neuroatypical individuals.
