I am committed to helping adults, adolescents, and children learn how to heal and grow. I focus on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits and beliefs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person Centered Therapy to help promote healthier behaviors and thinking patterns.
I have a background working with children on the spectrum as a previous RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician). I also have a background working with eating disorders and trauma related symptoms/behaviors.
At times life can seem impossible and when it does we feel alone. As a therapist I strive to provide my clients with support and knowledge to grow and feel less alone in navigating life’s difficulties.
