We are staffed with multiple therapists who were carefully selected to provide the highest quality of care for those in need of support. We work primarily with couples, teens, and individual clients who have suffered trauma (including relationship trauma such as abandonment & victims of affairs). Our Mission is to develop therapists into highly trained clinicians and offer therapeutic services to individuals, couples & families.

Many of my clients come in to address anxiety, depression and life transitions. I am particularly passionate about helping women in different phases of their lives (adolescence, womanhood, motherhood, menopause). I also have experience in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression and Adjustment Disorders. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy and mindfulness. I use the therapeutic relationship to look at how patterns of interaction have developed and can be used to strengthen connections outside of our sessions.

I specialize in integrating various treatment modalities to help children, adolescents, adults and seniors improve their mental health and well-being. I work collaboratively with my clients to find the approach that best fits their needs. I am also a strong advocate for individuals with all types of “abilities.” I am skilled at working with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

I elicit hope when the world seems hopeless. My approach is to develop a therapeutic relationship where authenticity is encouraged in a compassionate, judgement free space. Majority of the children I work with simply want to just be kids, but there is a concern or barrier that needs to be addressed or removed first. Majority of the youth I work with are trying to figure out their purpose and how to focus on the future. The families I work with want to reduce stress and be cohesive. The couples I work with want to be unified and feel like they are together in their relationship. The adults want to be happy and content.

I feel that most people really just need someone to listen. Especially when they feel like they cannot go to family or friends with issues due to fear of being a burden or feeling embarrassed. Sometimes, we just need a little helping hand and compassion.

A lot of focus on people with anxiety and depression disorder. Mood swings or other emotional midsections that are causing some level of conflict in their family, social, educational or financial life. Rosa has experience working with both victims and perpetrators of domestic violence and has conducted group interventions with both populations. In working with victims, Rosa helped them deal with mental issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and helped them improve their self-esteem and ability to advance their own interests. In working with the perpetrators, Rosa provided extensive psychoeducation and anger management skills to this population.
