This clinician-led support group is designed for women experiencing separation, divorce, loss, midlife transitions (45+), or significant relationship changes. The group provides a safe, structured, and confidential space to process emotional distress, increase stability, and reduce isolation during periods of uncertainty. Participants may be experiencing grief, numbness, anxiety, identity shifts, or difficulty setting boundaries while still emotionally or practically connected to a partner or themselves. This group focuses on emotional support, grounding, and strengthening a sense of autonomy rather than pushing decisions or outcomes.

Friends Social Skills
Social skills such as making a good first impression, starting and maintaining conversations with other children, finding common interests, playing fairly, and resolving conflicts in a healthy way. They will also learn how to handle rejection, teasing, and bullying, join other children during play, be a good host during playdates, and show respect to others.
