Anxiety is a universal and painful experience. Its causes are legion: abandonment, fear of failure (or success), transitions, traumas, aging and death. Supporting you in transforming your anxiety into positive growth will be our goal. Transpersonal hypnotherapy is invaluable in addressing grief, death and dying. In dealing with loss, we will create connections through hypnosis to address what remains incomplete. As my essential paradigm is empowerment, I serve as your guide, facilitating experiences in a grounded, safe way with your full participation. Hypnotherapy, free of the constraints of adult language patterns, offers a primary road to healing your deepest self.
Much of my work concerns sexuality in all its forms. I have an extensive background in sex-positive education, and have found that the root cause of many sexual issues is often best explored through hypnotherapy. Our work together will provide a private, non-judgmental environment to explore your sexuality.
I define therapeutic work at its heart as "soul healing." "Psyche" means "soul" in Greek. Though many different routes to healing exist, the purpose of all work is the same. As we work together, you will learn to connect with your own inner guides, accessing powerful resources you already possess.
