I believe the path to wellness involves taking a deeply personal journey back to self. We cannot fully connect with others without first connecting with ourselves. My name is Crystalyn Jones, and I have been a Licensed Counselor in Arizona since 2015. I am an EMDR trained therapist that specializes in complex trauma. I utilize Structural Dissociation Theory along with EMDR to help people integrate parts of themselves and find resolution to unprocessed trauma. Meditation personally changed my life, so I enjoy encompassing mindfulness into my practice and teaching even the busiest minds how to meditate.
I specialize in Complex Trauma, EMDR, Structural Dissociation Theory & Addictions. I am TRIPP certified to conduct Medication Assisted Psychotherapy to help integrate psychedelic experiences. I utilize various modalities from theoretical approaches including: EMDR, Structural Dissociation, DBT, CBT, REBT, ACT & Motivational Interviewing.
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2007 and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Phoenix in 2015.
