I attempt to provide an accepting, and safe environment for you to freely express yourself. If you are willing to do the work we can help you with depression, anxiety, over thinking, stress, a history of abuse or trauma, grief, and spiritual dilemmas. I work with individuals and families dealing with anxiety, mood disorders, depression, anger using cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational therapy. I work with individuals to address improving their interactions with others by addressing communication roadblocks, broken trust, and heartache, financial weaknesses, and diminishing emotional barriers.
Sessions are by appointment, day & evening; Virtual & In - Person. Feel free to ask about affordable sessions. We accept Self - Pay; health insurance (Contact your Member Services to find your responsibility for a deductible, co - pay, or co- insurance).
