Hello, and how wonderful that you have decided to take a step towards getting some support! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York (and in NJ). In these challenging times, and even in the best of circumstances, it can be difficult to cope, and it is not uncommon to feel stressed or overwhelmed about life, one's family, one's finances, or about the future. Development of more positive ways to cope with difficult situations, better interpersonal skills, establishing healthier relationships, improved behaviors (children), more effective parenting skills, and improved overall self care, are just some topics of focus.
Overall, I believe in the fundamental right of individuals (regardless of age, belief system, or culture), in having the opportunity to be able to have the best quality of life possible.
