I honor the courage it takes to reach out and ask for support! We all have, within ourselves, the wisdom to heal from adversity and trauma in a way that allows us to live with purpose and passion. My passion is helping individuals to reconnect to that wisdom. I offer a safe space for individuals and families to develop new ways of being that work for and not against them in their journey. I will work with you to reconnect to your self, loved ones, community, and nature to facilitate healing and restoration. It is in this place we can reclaim an authentic way of being.
I offer holistic therapy incorporating expressive therapies (Art and Sand Tray), talk therapy, ecotherapy, and mindfulness-based practices, based on each individual's needs and goals. My approach is radically accepting, person-centered, trauma sensitive, and emphasizes nature connectedness.
My aim is to help individuals to replace negativity and worry with positivity and curiosity in their life. We will work together to develop healthy skills and work to change patterns that no longer serve you, to support a journey of reconnection to yourself and others.
