Thank you for your interest in my practice. Bringing 25 years of experience, as a board-certified art therapist and a clinical social worker, I combine talk therapy, art therapy, positive psychology and neuroscience to help you become more self-aware, strengthen your inner resources, and more skillfully address your concerns. My practice is eclectic, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy with many other approaches based on your needs and preferences. I bring deep listening, respect, and compassion to create a space for your healing and growth.
I specialize in treating dysthymia (longer lasting, milder depression), anxiety, low self-esteem, social anxiety, and residual impacts of growing up in a dysfunctional family. I help clients successfully manage stress, and have expertise in trauma recovery. I also focus on supporting clients to navigate the losses and opportunities of life transitions.
My goal is to help you live from your authentic positive identity, and help you build a more meaningful and joyful life. Learn more at BetterMindsGroup.com and contact me today for a risk-free initial consultation.
