I believe that behavior without context is meaningless. We blame ourselves too easily for things which go wrong whether they are within or beyond our control. Our natural guiding intuitions are overridden by years of social conditioning. In stressful situations, primitive reactions trigger and hijack our ability to make calm decisions. We overreact too often. Fear, anger, surrender, take over. We help you understand how behavior goes wrong. We then help you get unstuck from the inside out using psychotherapy for understanding, EMDR for healing traumas, and EEG-Biofeedback to train your brain to work at its best, even under duress.
