I provide the following with no wait list: 1. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) - works when other therapies have failed. DBT provides a life worth living! 2. Trauma therapy using Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). 3. Psychological assessment. 4. School related testing and assessment. This helps when ADHD is suspected or a student is having difficulty with school.
I am an intensively trained DBT therapist trained through Behavioral Tech Institute, Marsha Linehan’s organization. Along with the rest of my team, we provide the full DBT program including individual therapy and group skills training for adolescents and adults. I have extensive training in EMDR as well, through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness.
