I have years of experience working with men and women who long to move to a better place in their lives, get past old habits and create newness. My ideal client is motivated to significantly improve and overcome struggles with relationship issues, intimacy concerns, addictions or compulsive behaviors, marital challenges, struggles with sex and intimacy, interpersonal conflict and overall wants to reach for a more fulfilling life.

I offer a supportive environment with certifications and expertise in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, EMDR, IFS, DBT, Virtual Reality, RLT: Couples Counseling and Sex Therapy: ASSECT trained. Through these skills I help clients find real solutions to a wide range of issues including, but not limited to: trauma, anxiety, relationship issues and depression. Our office also has a Relationship/Life Coach on site.

I provide individualized & solution-oriented clinical therapies in a caring, safe, supportive & nurturing environment. Additionally, I utilize TF-CBT and am a trained Phase I Brain Spotting Practitioner. Together, we work to achieve the best version of you. Prior to therapy many of my clients struggle with uncomfortable symptoms which isn't something to fear but rather an invitation for positive change. Recovery and personal empowerment are central to the therapy provided.

I believe that you have the power to change and heal your life. We are relational beings, and therefore, require healthy support and new insight to harness positive change. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults struggling with the mental health challenges spawned by stress, trauma, and loss; particularly within the relational context.

As a mom of 2 HS boys & wife married for 20+ years, I've journeyed many of the challenges we face as women! My work with women encompasses infertility; parenting; relationship & career challenges. The soul of my counseling is the intentional pursuit of relating & connecting with my clients, a journey that allows us to discover the source of their struggles. It is my hope to guide clients in developing stronger support, learning effective coping skills; activating their strengths & healing from trauma. With effective counseling & lifecoaching, clients experience more fulfillment and freedom from stress induced anxiety & burn out.
