As a mom of 2 HS boys & wife married for 20+ years, I've journeyed many of the challenges we face as women! My work with women encompasses infertility; parenting; relationship & career challenges. The soul of my counseling is the intentional pursuit of relating & connecting with my clients, a journey that allows us to discover the source of their struggles. It is my hope to guide clients in developing stronger support, learning effective coping skills; activating their strengths & healing from trauma. With effective counseling & lifecoaching, clients experience more fulfillment and freedom from stress induced anxiety & burn out.

Therapist guided deep internal reflection, insight and support create the framework for growth and recovery. Our name, intentionally uses the word INCITE. This means to propel, stir, challenge, ignite.... Clients seek me out because they desire more intentional and relationally invested support that goes beyond "talking" & leads to activation and resolution.

This is a twelve week process group that will explore the impact a dysfunctional family had on clients as children and the affect this has on them as adults.This clinical process group is helpful for clients raised in a home where one or more caregivers suffered from mental illness, clients that experienced abuse (emotional,physical, sexual) & clients that lived with parents that abused alcohol. Upon completion, clients report feeling "freedom, empowerment and acceptance" that is life changing and relationship healing.
