I specialize in therapy for therapists, men, folks on the path of self actualization and over functioning women. Using the therapeutic relationship to explore new ways of being in relationship with self and others, you will build new habits from experiential awareness, and find meaning & purpose. My approach is based on developmental and attachment theories and begins with the most basic intention: total acceptance of all aspects of the self. I operate on the premise that acceptance brings us into conscious relationship with the many parts of ourselves that were exiled in order to be loved by others.

It is my belief that finding the right therapist for YOU is the most important thing you can do. Working with young adults and their families is my specialty but my practice is open to anyone looking to grow, heal, and change. Is your child struggling to complete school or find employment? I blend narrative therapy, Brainspotting, somatic therapy, and parts work to help you meet your therapy goals.

We are licensed in Oregon, Maine, Minnesota, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina and Colorado. We currently offer telehealth and virtual therapeutic services. We work with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, mood disorders, family relations issues, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. We combine different therapeutic approaches based on client's presenting concerns, goals, and motivation, such as, cognitive-behavioral, brief therapy, mindfulness, client-centered, solution-focused therapy.
