Whether facing challenges in relationship dynamics, managing stress and anxiety, or undergoing significant life transitions, this individual is motivated to unlock their inner potential for transformation and is eager to engage in a collaborative therapeutic process. This naturally extends to a couple client, reflecting the same desire and commitment. Meeting each client where they are at with kindness, compassion, and acceptance, I view every individual as the true expert of their own life. My approach is humanistic, relational, and collaborative! This means I believe in the human tendency towards self-actualization and the power of the therapeutic relationship, and I work together with each client to guide them to the light that shines within. Bringing the mind, body, and spirit into session, I work hard to cultivate a peaceful space for holistic healing to begin as I believe this is the first step towards living a joyful life!

I am an eating disorder therapist who is also queer. Believe it to not, the LGBTQ community is hit hardest when it comes to struggling with our relationship with our bodies. Many of us have had eating disorders, and even more of us struggle significantly with body image. As a trained somatic therapist, I hope to support you to have a better relationship with your body, and to understand the language it speaks—including how trauma may have manifested in your nervous system.

The decision to begin therapy requires courage and hope. I know that beginning this journey can feel very vulnerable and overwhelming, that is why I prioritize creating a relationship with each of my clients through authenticity and connection. I strive to create a safe and caring environment where you are able to explore all parts of yourself. Because everyone has their own unique story and background I offer a collaborative approach. I believe that you are the expert of your life and that your own insight and knowledge is so important to the therapeutic process.

I am a License Clinical Social Worker who attained my master’s at Metro State College of Denver. I have worked with individuals and couples in a community based settings and in private practice setting. I have a passion working with individuals who are wanting to gain a better approach to their life while going through difficulties with transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and/or life rediscoveries. I provide proactive couple’s therapy. I help couples communicate in the here and now how to relate to each other in more emotionally responsive ways.
