Paul is a licensed Clinical Social Worker who completed his Masters of Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University; he also has a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Guitar from Virginia Commonwealth University. He draws on mindfulness techniques and the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music in addition to more traditional talk therapy methods to offer several different avenues for healing to teens, adults, and families. Paul has studied meditation with Pat Buxton and is a certified Reiki master under Barb Davis.
