I enjoy working with clients who may be struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, emotional management, poor self-esteem, experiencing grief and loss; who are motivated and open to change and doing homework, and who desire to be a healthier version of themselves.
I have been working as a therapist for over 13 years. I have a lot of experience working with depression, anxiety, life adjustments, and also specialize in working with domestic violence, sexual abuse, and oncology. I will provide you with support, emotional validation, while also offering different perspectives, respectfully challenging thought processes.
