I find that not having a voice, not feeling heard causes us to feel small. These things can cause us to feel sad, angry, anxious, depressed and disconnected. My approach and hope for those I assist is to help you stand up a little taller and be able to get through to a place of feeling that you are important.
My strengths are with women, Latinos, the GLBT community. I offer people a safe space to be listened to. I use the concept of the mind, body and spirit to help people find their wholeness.
