Our process will be informed by Jungian, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Transpersonal Psychotherapy. We will also utilize experiential methods including guided meditation, breathwork, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, guided imagery, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. I also offer 1-5 day individual and group outdoor retreats to longstanding clients.
