Sometimes looking for what you need is harder than you thought. Our Keystone team provides services that meet people in the different stages in their lives and goes along side you through your own self-determined growth process.

I work with people who have Medicare insurance. My clients come to see me because they are in need to talk to someone about the changes in their lives, as they get older, as well as their feelings and needs around being isolated from the pandemic. As people age and reflect on their lives, some things can come up that need to be discussed or released and my practice offers a safe space to do so. Some people have a need for a therapist who can provide tele-health services over the phone or on a video chat and I offer these options to my clientele.

I enter the therapeutic space with curiosity, compassion, and non-judgment, and without preconceived notions of who you are or what you would like to gain from therapy. I practice cultural humility and open-mindedness, and truly believe that every individual is unique and holds authority over their own identity and story. I welcome ALL people to my practice. My goal is to build a safe space with you that allows me to meet you where you are, and at the same time challenge you to take hold of opportunities for growth when you are ready.

As a psychodynamic therapist, I often work with clients who are interested in their relationship to themselves, working on healing anxiety, depression, codependency, relationships, and life transitions. My approach tends to be depth-oriented and existential, for example, how we connect with our deeper self, how we make meaning of our lives and experiences, and how we create our own stories. Rather than focus on how we can "fix" things, I believe we have to look at how we relate to the parts of ourselves that we feel like we need to "fix". I support my clients in creating more self-acceptance and meaning in their lives.

My many years of life experience and different careers working with diverse populations have assisted me in developing insight, sensitivity, and compassion toward the struggles along life's path. SOS is a non-profit counseling agency that provides affordable therapy services to everyone in our community regardless of ability to pay. We offer individual therapy for adults, teens and children, couples counseling, and families at our Community Counseling Clinics in Santa Rosa, Cloverdale and Rohnert Park. We have a diverse team of pre-licensed therapists who bring a variety of clinical specialties to our clinics.

I have 12 years of experience providing trauma-informed therapy to children, teens, and adults. I work with culturally diverse populations who are struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders and ADHD. I support clients struggling with identity, physical health challenges, learning challenges, self-esteem, anger, social skills, relationship skills, stress, and grief. I provide a calm supportive space to help client’s process and heal from traumatic experiences. Clients are given the opportunity to learn skills to help cope with the challenges they face.
