Hello! Thanks for checking out my profile. If you're looking for some help for your teen, family, or yourself you've come to the right place. I can help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and communication issues along with many others. I really like using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Non-Violent Communication, and nervous system education to help my clients.
I approach my work from a family systems perspective, which means I know that if there's a problem in the family it's a problem that needs to be solved together, not by putting the blame all on one person. I use behavioral, mindfulness, and self-regulation approaches to help a wide range of issues from depression to panic attacks.
I have been working in the psychology world for 17 years and have had the honor to help many families find better ways of connecting and solving problems. I hope that we can work together to get you through whatever you're struggling with.
