My background includes working with individuals who needed support when faced with depression, anxiety, dual diagnosis, trauma, addictive behaviors, codependency, domestic violence, grief & loss, life transitions, and interpersonal relationship issues. In addition to my being a clinical Psychotherapist, I am providing Life Coaching support. Life coaches help the clients they work with focus on identifying and moving towards personal and, at times, professional goals. Through focused coaching support, clients can learn healthy and helpful ways of navigating through challenges in creating a life they feel excited about.

My name is Raul Salcedo, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of California. I am an eclectic therapist using CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approaches. My background includes working with individuals with mood disorders, substance abuse, dual diagnosis, trauma, and PTSD. I have had the opportunity to work with adults, LGBTQIA individuals, veterans, and individuals impacted by the justice system. Lucy Jite-Ogbuehi, PsyD is a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY3392) based in California. She uses a client-centered/multicultural lens to inform treatment and creates a safe emotional space to explore identity, relationships, life issues, and emotional release, while simultaneously maintaining an open and attentive stance, and using active and reflective listening to allow each individual the opportunity to achieve healing within the therapeutic process.

My specialty is building relationships and making clients feel safe in a space to share. I focus on 1:1 ,couples, families and groups. I am always looking to balance solution focused sessions with underlying clinical issues. Helping clients feel like they can get some relief early on in therapy is a priority. Anxiety, depression, addiction, family relation issues, life transitions and Covid are just some areas of work are that are my specialty. Whether you are comfortable free flow talking or need a more interview style, I am comfortable doing both. I also specialize in young adult and dual diagnosis.

Alana Ofman, LCSW received her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and has worked extensively in the areas of mood disorders. addiction, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and dual diagnosis. Alana has worked with individuals, couples, groups and families in private practice in Los Angeles for 26 years. For the last 9 years, alongside her private practice, Alana worked at the Camden Center, most recently in the role of Clinical Director.

Since 1984, I've provided services for adults and adolescents in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have varied experience with depression, trauma, abuse, grief/loss, personal growth, relationships, anxiety, and stress. I have also worked extensively with addictions and related issues ("co-dependency", eating disorders, alcoholism, dual diagnosis...).

Currently accepting new telehealth clients in California, Tennessee, and Kentucky. I am a therapist with 10+ years experience, specializing in Grief, Loss & Trauma. I work primarily with adults who experienced childhood trauma and military trauma. I previously worked with active duty, veterans, and families through the DoD and VA contracting in Tennessee before relocating to California with my therapy dog, Patrick.
