This program contains an in-person component and a telemedicine component, but is ultimately tailored to meet your individual needs. Depending on your needs, this may consist of some combination of ketamine/esketamine, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, neurofeedback, group therapy (including couples and family therapy), individual therapy, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy. Note that while some of these modalities are optional, attending group therapy is an insurance-mandated requirement to attend our program.

I enjoy working with clients who are looking to explore new ways to understand themselves, their relationships, and the reasons for their distress. I think that most of our depression, anxiety, or trauma responses come from a place of protectiveness and if we can learn to have empathy for ourselves in these reactions, we can learn to choose when to double-down and when to let go.
