This practice is devoted to providing "no nonsense," brief, goal oriented psychotherapy to individuals, young adults, seniors, couples, families, adolescents and children. The focus of treatment is to assist the client in designing and attaining a realistic psychotherapeutic goal and in making meaningful long-term change. The practice includes an experienced, MFT registered intern who sees clients on a reasonable sliding scale basis. All clinical staff have special expertise in brief psychotherapy, parenting issues, behavioral problems in children and adolescents, disabilities, marriage and family issues and gay and lesbian issues.

I am profoundly aware of the tremendous courage it takes to seek help. Particularly, when you are coming from a life you have often been forced to endure heavily weighed upon by anxiety, trauma, depression, and addiction. This deeply rooted awareness of this pain is why I first entered the field of psychology and has successfully guided my work in assisting my clients to overcome their many barriers and difficulties. My approach offers the skills and self-awareness needed to establish the capacity towards supporting you to reach the kind of life you imagined possible.
