I love the work I do as a psychotherapist. I see myself as a healer and guide. With you as my client, we navigate the challenges and perhaps, traumas of your past. Being guided through the changes you want to make, I offer empathy and compassion, knowing that self-exploration that leads to desired change can be a challenge, and sometimes the challenge becomes too great to want to continue. It is a given that I listen with in the moment “presence”, and I believe that this “presence” is the key to healing and growth. I'm Cassandra, a licensed marriage and family therapist. I've worked with people struggling with relationship issues, women's issues, infertility, marital/pre-marital issues, spirituality, and more. My ideal client is someone who is struggling with knowing what to do next. They are likely overwhelmed but are also tired of inaction and are trying to find a way out of the mess. My top modalities are CBT, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based therapy. I also like to practice faith-based counseling but that is something that a client would have to request.

We will work together towards the goal of living life to the fullest potential and overcoming the difficulties we face on a daily basis.

No matter what you are facing, the experience of being seen, heard, and understood are just as important as the skills you learn to navigate times of anxiety, depression, feeling lost, confused, needing to recover from trauma, or just plain overwhelmed. In working through these painful places, people experience me as being present with them in it; as caring, and compassionate, while jointly working to identify and address the individual or relational issues contributing to their current difficulty. My name is Jennifer Gaebe, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Fresno, California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in addiction, stress/anxiety, and depression using a variety of modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy, to help my clients make progress and start feeling better. I have found that my style and approach is a good fit for adults who may be dealing with the challenges of life transitions and social pressures. This often takes the form of anxiety, depression, stress, and substance use.

My name is Rachel Douglas. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I approach therapy in a way that focuses on building a safe space for you to be acknowledged, heard, understood and validated appropriately. My areas of practice are working with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families. I enjoy working with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families.
