I have experience providing support to individuals with depression, anxiety, and anger management issues, trauma and trauma recovery, crisis intervention, processing previous and recent sexual assault or sexual abuse, and adolescent emotional/behavioral issues.
I utilize a variety of components from the following therapies and theories: Cognitive-behavioral, systems perspective, solution-focused, and trauma-focused and trauma-informed care.
