If that's not your thing, or if there's inclement weather, we also have cozy nature-themed office space for indoor sessions!
Green exercise (spending time being active outside) lowers stress, depression, and anxiety, while boosting mood, self-image, resilience, learning, self-esteem, and social engagement.
