Hi, I’m Brittany. I’m a licensed professional counselor in Texas and Colorado. I enjoy working with people experiencing new life transitions, which may bring up doubts, anxiety, confusion, and fear. As a certified brain-injury specialist, I work to support you and your family in your adjustment.
I practice from a cognitive and humanistic perspective. I find that our individual experiences influence our emotions, thoughts, and how we respond to life circumstances. Connecting to the core beliefs of self and the world around us allows us to foster change, find acceptance, and experience a stronger sense of self.
