I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a License Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP). I specialize in treating individuals who are struggling to make changes in their lives. I also work with couples. When working with couples I create a safe place where each person feels safe and heard. I assist the couple with conflict resolution, infidelity, and rebuilding trust. I help my clients realize that what they have experienced in life does not define who they are as a person. We will develop a therapeutic relationship that is warm, empathetic and caring.
I believe in a holistic approach, treating the whole person mentality, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. I am also well versed in the issues of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting, family conflict, infertility, maternal health, and substance use. I offer virtual services that allow clients more flexibility.
My goal is for couples and individuals to transform themselves and their relationships. We will build upon what is working in the client's life. I will assist you in creating goals to meet your unique concerns.
