I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in NH. I have experience working with a wide range of individuals through my previous work experience in community mental health clinics, and group private practice. I strongly believe that a person is not their diagnosis and that each client is unique. I have a highly individualized approach, matching evidenced based treatments and a warm approach to meet each person where they are at. (I currently only have daytime availability open for sessions - between 10am-3pm).
I have a wide range of experience working with different diagnosis including anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and more. I have specialties in the areas of LGBTQIA+, sexuality, and gender identity.
I strive to be inclusive and educated on topics such as LGBTQIA+, gender identity and racial, cultural, and spiritual diversity.
