One of the life lessons I have learned through my practice and life experiences is that we may know what the next right thing may be, but getting there oftentimes requires support, guidance, and self-trust. I truly believe we are all doing the very best we can with our present skill sets. Sometimes we may already have existing support systems and still may not know which path to choose. Pitman Couples & Family Therapy, LLC offers Couples counseling, coparenting strategies for blended families, recovery from affairs, or pre-marital counseling (LGBT inclusive) using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Marriage Clinic strategies. Family therapy for conflict, estrangement, suicidal or self injurious behaviors, blended families/parenting using Structural Family Therapy.

Jane has a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Prior to starting in the mental health field 6 years ago, Jane spent 27 years working in long term care and ran grief and loss and caregiver support groups. Jane also has experience working with the special needs population and has an adult son with Autism so she has personal experience advocating for this population and an understanding of the challenges faced by this population and their families.

We are happy to announce our office is open and we offering Telehealth sessions for individuals and groups!! With over 30 years of combined experience, Dr. Angelone and Dr. Zane have been working together in various capacities since 2005. With our staff of seven clinicians who largely adhere to a Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) perspective, we can provide rapid symptom relief while developing strategies for long-term change. We also maintain continuous training on the latest strategies and integrate them into our treatment.

Handspring is a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. We currently serve children ages 10-18 and young adults ages 18-24 who are looking for treatment for anxiety, depression, or behavioral difficulties. Our therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, organizational skills training, behavior therapy, exposure & response prevention, habit reversal training interventions, and parent management training.

My name is Gina Rothmalle and I am a LCSW specializing in individual therapy. I graduated from Rutgers University in 2013 with a Masters in Social Work.
