I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with attention-deficit/hyperactivity difficulties, anxiety, are on the Autism spectrum, identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, live alternative lifestyles (kink/cnm), or are adjusting to life changes. I have worked with survivors of trauma for ten years. As a child survivor of narcissistic and abusive parents myself, I have fallen in love with the work of assisting survivors on their own path to safety, healing, and even joy! I specialize in survivors of narcissistic abuse, especially within adult children of narcissistic parents and intimate partners of narcissists. Having a Narcissist parent/partner is something you can only truly understand if you have experienced it personally, and it is my mission in life to use my own experiences and knowledge to help YOU understand and heal from the impacts of this kind of abuse.

I know you parents love your children with everything inside of you and it hurts to see them struggle. Are you and/or your child struggling with life transitions? I know how difficult it can be to find an affirming, celebratory space for marginalized folx and strive to offer that for my clients.

I am a somatic and relationship therapist, and provide both individual and couples therapy. For adults and adolescents dealing with various types of trauma from developmental to acute, I use Somatic Experiencing as well as IFS (internal family systems) to help you heal the intensity of your experience of past events that may be keeping you feeling overwhelmed and settle your nervous system in the here and now. For couples I use Gottman Couples Therapy to help you improve communication, and work through things from infidelity to parenting to navigating relationship changes. I also provide sex therapy to individuals and couples.

Being accepted for who we are is one of our most basic needs as humans. With many pieces adding up to create a whole being, it is hard to find someone who can understand without having to explain every time we see them. Repeated explaining and misunderstanding can lead to a feeling of shame and uncertainty that can damage the therapeutic relationship before it starts. I work from a baseline of understanding to help create a safe space for my clients to learn and grow. Therapy should be a laboratory where you can experiment with how you interact with others and present yourself. You are the expert on you. I'm just here to guide.

I am a trauma informed, sex positive clinician that strives to improve connection between couples, provide inclusive sex education and focus on individuals reducing distress and improving their quality of life. I am passionate about assisting individuals & couples with enhancing communication, reducing conflict, set boundaries, resolve trauma, and cope effectively with all of life's stressors. As well as providing sex therapy to individuals & couples, I also have 10+ years experience providing DBT and EMDR therapy to teenage and adult clients and have a weekly DBT group for adults.
