You will feel more like you belong here in this world, and in your life. "Mindfulness" sounds complicated, but it simply means being here, at this moment. Feel your toes, notice the colors, breath in--good. That's it. This is something you already know how to do. We will build a practice of gratitude and happiness from this spark.
We will build your "happiness muscles" with daily practice of mindfulness. This involves some seeking and finding, and some practicing. With a little practice you will get better at living well.
Feeling truly awake and alive is possible. Life can be savored and enjoyed, even during the hard times. There can be contentment, this includes "sad contentment" and "happy contentment."
