I work with individuals and couples. Using a blend of modalities, I customize a therapeutic approach to meet each individual's need. Personal empowerment, relief from grief and guilt, breaking free from co-dependency, and learning to deal with depression and anxiety will allow you to live the life you want and will be the focus of our work together.
My goal is to make clients feel respected, heard, and responded to. In today's world, with so much uncertainty, I work in a empathetic and caring way to create safety in our sessions together.
