Through both my personal experience of going through therapy as a teen and now my professional experience of helping children, families, and parents, I feel uniquely qualified to help children, teens, and families navigate this complicated world.
I can help your child learn more about their nervous system and teach them valuable regulation skills. I look forward to getting to know each of my client’s: their hopes, fears, expectations, struggles, and anything else they want to share with me.
