I offer specialized client focused treatment to address anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, grief, and an array of other symptoms in adult populations. I am passionate about working in collaboration with my clients to identify core beliefs, narratives, and current life struggles that may be the cause of their current suffering. I am a Licensed Associate Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapist. My passion has always been helping clients become the best version of themselves. I work with individual adults (18+) managing a variety of issues, including trauma and PTSD, spiritual/existential issues and concerns, creative blocks, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, and career/life path development.

My experience and interest lies in working with adults healing from complex trauma (C-PTSD), family of origin wounds, narcissistic abuse, attachment issues and addiction. Since earning a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling in 2010, I've held clinical positions ranging from residential primary therapist to clinical director, eventually transitioning to private practice.

Amy Haack is a solution focused therapist who seeks to engage clients in active participation during the therapy process. Amy has worked with many different types of clients with various mental health needs. She is skilled in family therapy. Amy provides couples counseling, counseling for teenagers, and parent training and coaching.

Welcome to the beginning of the new you! Society has made it really intimidating to ask for help and support, so I am grateful that you are here and making time for yourself. As a therapist, my goals are to help clients find relief from every day and big life stressors, including relationship struggles, as well as identify and change behaviors that are no longer serving them. As a Servant Leader, I bring a profound lifelong passion for health and healing, which permeates my work as a therapist and educator. My heart lies in supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate through various distressing symptoms, always approaching each interaction with an empathic and inquisitive spirit.

Safe enough to create change that may be desired or needed. My style is direct, compassionate, and caring. When appropriate, I use humor, transparency, and my own quirky personality to help create a safe environment and vulnerability. It is the balance of being client-centered (meeting clients where they’re at) and encouraging change (which sometimes includes calling out BS or respectfully challenging when needed). Im currently offering in-person and telehealth.
