I specialize in family/relationship dynamics, LGBTQIA+ experiences, substance abuse disorders, everyday life transitions, and varying mental health concerns such as OCD, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Not only do I pull from my clinical training in these topics, but also from my lived experiences and how they have affected not only me, but my relationships and family. These include being queer, a parent, a transplant from the midwest, and experiencing childhood trauma. I use my clinical expertise and lived experiences to create judgment free and individualized mental health care, which is at the core of how I practice.

I am an LCSW, with six plus years of experience. I specialize in individual and family therapy, with a particular passion for working with adolescents, transitional age individuals, and LGBT+ community. My remote practice offers a range of specialized approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), substance use treatment, and general mental health support.
