Are you ready for a change? If therapy has been unhelpful in the past, I would love to discuss a personalized approach with you. I have experience working with adults, teens, children, groups, families, and couples, first responders, active-duty military, and veterans. When life hits hard, it’s good to talk to someone in a safe space. I will hold a space for you to embrace your feelings and vulnerability. I will listen, notice, and challenge you to take emotional risks. I don't believe in a one size fits all approach. Therapy happens at your pace.
Beginning therapy can seem overwhelming and scary. To combat that I offer a relaxed, warm, and judgement free therapy space. All are welcome and accepted here. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and adults with chronic illness. My clients have come from all walks of life.
I am passionate about helping clients look inward, overcome obstacles, and grow. I am client centered and use a framework designed to fit your needs. I have experience with CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness approaches, EMDR and play therapy. I look forward to assisting you on your journey.
