I specialize in working with boys and men in individual, as well as in family therapy, with a particular focus on depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I am deeply committed to human growth and development, and will in an engaging and interactive psychotherapy work with you to clearly define your goals with the expectation of reducing the depression, anxiety, or other difficulties that you want to be free from. My primary areas of clinical specialization is Depression and Anxiety. In a collaborative and open communication we formulate your specific goals. We open up our conversation to your experiences in these areas. We then move towards creating new openings and possibilities for making real change happen. We’ll do serious work, oftentimes in a lighthearted way.
