I truly believe that therapy can be a transformative and rewarding process when facing the challenges of life. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to encourage honest communication and trust between partners and family members. Curiosity, humor and understanding are often a part my work in therapy to help clients identify goals, create a plan, and work to make positive changes. As part of the therapy process, I utilize the most effective therapy approaches and techniques when addressing communication issues, infidelity, pre-marital preparation, intimacy, and family conflict.
I currently a Senior Clinical Therapist and Clinical Supervisor at the Arizona Marriage and Family Therapy Clinic where I see clients. In addition to therapy, I am also a Co-director and Assistant Clinical Professor at Arizona State University for the T. Denny Sanford School of Social & Family Dynamics, teaching for the MFT master's program.
