I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas and have served the mental health needs of the Northwest Arkansas area since 2004. I am clinically trained in building and maintaining relationships and have years of experience providing counseling services in the Northwest Arkansas and River Valley school districts. I have provided therapy to clients of all ages, maintaining the purpose of "meeting the client where they are at" to ensure a foundation of empathy and a safe place to process through life struggles.

Developing and activating your ability to overcome difficult challenges, healing from painful life experiences and achieving your most valued personal goals is the focus of my practice. Lack of motivation, confusion and inertia regarding career and relationships are obstacles we can address in therapy. Treatment options include both brief-solution focused counseling and longer term in-depth therapy.
