Hi! My name is Ann (she/her) and I am a therapist in Chicago. My training is in social work, with a specialization in mental health. I draw from my training and work as a therapist as well as my own lived experience in my work with clients. My first goal is to help clients feel seen and heard. Beyond that, I work with clients to find what interventions work best for them.
I have experience working with mood disorders, OCD, and eating disorders at the partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. As a Queer therapist, I also enjoy working with members of the Queer community.
I enjoy working with clients who want to step into their agency. I am there to support, validate, and challenge clients to engage in behaviors and ways of thinking that help create the life they want to live. In community, we can find healing and strength.
